Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Here's how refunds work for each of our services:
Excursion Booking
Payment: Full payment required at time of booking
Refund: Refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled excursion
Non-refundable: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the excursion
Transfers
Payment: 50% deposit required at time of booking, remaining balance due before service
Refund: Deposit is refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled transfer
Non-refundable: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer
Custom Itineraries
Payment: Full payment required once quote is presented and accepted
Refund: Refundable only if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the start of your itinerary
Non-refundable: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before itinerary start date
Support & Recommendations
Payment: Full payment required at time of service
Refund: Non-refundable once service has been provided

Refund Processing
