Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Here's how refunds work for each of our services:

Excursion Booking

  • Payment: Full payment required at time of booking

  • Refund: Refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled excursion

  • Non-refundable: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the excursion

Transfers

  • Payment: 50% deposit required at time of booking, remaining balance due before service

  • Refund: Deposit is refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled transfer

  • Non-refundable: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer

Custom Itineraries

  • Payment: Full payment required once quote is presented and accepted

  • Refund: Refundable only if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the start of your itinerary

  • Non-refundable: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before itinerary start date

Support & Recommendations

  • Payment: Full payment required at time of service

  • Refund: Non-refundable once service has been provided

How to Cancel

To cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible via:

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp message) to be valid.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
