Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Here's how refunds work for each of our services:
Excursion Booking
Payment: Full payment required at time of booking. For some of our tours you will be required to pay 50% when booking and the remaining balance will be due on the day of the service.
Refund: If cancelled one week in advance, you will receive full refund. For cancellations 48 hours before, a 75% refund is granted. For cancellations 24 hours before, 50% refund is granted.
Non-refundable: Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the excursion or a no-show.
Please note that additional costs apply in case of late arrivals. Your driver will wait for you for no additional costs if the late arrival is within:
Airport transfers 1 hour after scheduled pick-up
Port & Marina transfers 30 min after scheduled pick-up
Hotel/apartment 20 min after scheduled pick-up
Transfers
Payment: Full payment required at time of booking.

Custom Itineraries
Payment: Full payment required once quote is presented and accepted.
Refund: For cancellations 48 hours before, a 75% refund is granted. For cancellations 24 hours before, 50% refund is granted.
Non-refundable: Cancellations made less than 3 hours before itinerary start date or a no-show.
Car rental
Payment: Full payment required once quote is presented and accepted. Please note that a security deposit is mandatory.
Refund: Security deposit is refundable once car is returned in the same condition.
Private Jet & Yacht
Payment: Full payment required once quote is presented and accepted. In order to guarantee your booking, a deposit is required which is non-refundable.
Refund: More than 14 days prior: Full refund of any payments made, minus any non-refundable deposits and applicable taxes.
7–14 days prior: 50% of the total Service fee retained by the Company, plus non-refundable taxes.
Non-refundable: Less than 7 days prior or no-show.

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp message) to be valid.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
